The NBA has Decided to Balance the All-Star Game Instead of Balancing the Playoff

What's horrific about this change is that the league acknowledges that they have a serious parity problem between conferences, but decided to make a change that has nothing to do with competitive basketball (see 2017 All-Star Game)

Pretty much a slap in the face to the Western Conference.
