Quick question about how Artillery Spotters operate in conjunction with their transports: can they a) spot while mounted in their transport (or rather, can the vehicle be given the Request Artillery Fire (RAF) order while the men are mounted) or do they b) have to disembark before the men, not the vehicle, can be given the RAF order?
